Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Shipping Options & Rates
- Standard Shipping — $8.00
- Standard Shipping (Free) — free on orders of $70 or more, before any applicable taxes
- Express Shipping — $15.00
The exact rate and any free-shipping eligibility for your order are calculated automatically at checkout based on your cart total and delivery address.
Processing & Delivery Times
Once an order is placed, it's prepared for shipment before being handed to the carrier. Transit time after that depends on the shipping option selected at checkout and your delivery location. We don't guarantee a fixed number of days for delivery — the most accurate estimate for your specific order will be in your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. If you created an account at checkout, you can also check your order status any time from My Account. See our Track Your Order page for details.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We ship to the address provided at checkout, and incorrect or incomplete addresses can delay delivery or result in a lost package.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time of the estimate in your shipping confirmation, or if tracking shows an issue, please contact us with your order number and we'll help look into it.
