Want to check on an order? Here's how tracking works.

After Your Order Ships

Once your order leaves our fulfillment process, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information for your package, when available from the carrier.

Checking Your Order Status

If you created an account when you checked out, you can view your order history and status any time from My Account. If you checked out as a guest, use the link in your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email.

Haven't Received a Shipping Update?

Shipping confirmation emails are sent once your order has been processed. If it's been a while since you ordered and you haven't received one, or your tracking hasn't updated, contact us with your order number and we'll look into it.
