• Standard Shipping (Free) — free on orders of $70 or more, before any applicable taxes
• Express Shipping — $15.00

The exact rate and any free-shipping eligibility for your order are calculated automatically at checkout based on your cart total and delivery address.

Processing & Delivery Times

Once an order is placed, it's prepared for shipment before being handed to the carrier. Transit time after that depends on the shipping option selected at checkout and your delivery location. We don't guarantee a fixed number of days for delivery — the most accurate estimate for your specific order will be in your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails.

Used or Opened Fragrances

Because fragrance is a personal-care product, opened or used items are generally not eligible for return unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, reach out and we'll advise on your specific order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, or if you received a different product than what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll work with you to make it right.

How to Request a Return
