Ocean Di Gioia Eau De Parfum

Here's how shipping works when you order from Hit Perfumes.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping Options & Rates

• Standard Shipping — $8.00
• Standard Shipping (Free) — free on orders of $70 or more, before any applicable taxes
• Express Shipping — $15.00

The exact rate and any free-shipping eligibility for your order are calculated automatically at checkout based on your cart total and delivery address.

Processing & Delivery Times

Once an order is placed, it's prepared for shipment before being handed to the carrier. Transit time after that depends on the shipping option selected at checkout and your delivery location. We don't guarantee a fixed number of days for delivery — the most accurate estimate for your specific order will be in your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. If you created an account at checkout, you can also check your order status any time from My Account. See our Track Your Order page for details.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We ship to the address provided at checkout, and incorrect or incomplete addresses can delay delivery or result in a lost package.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time of the estimate in your shipping confirmation, or if tracking shows an issue, please contact us with your order number and we'll help look into it.

Questions?

If you have a shipping question about a specific order, reach out to our team and we'll be glad to help.

We're finalizing the specific details of this policy (return window, refund timeline, and similar values). The structure below reflects how returns will work at Hit Perfumes; any bracketed detail is still being confirmed. If you need help with an order right now, please contact us and we'll take care of it directly.

Return Eligibility

Most unopened, unused fragrances in their original packaging are eligible to be returned within a set window of delivery. The exact number of days for that window is still being finalized and will be published here once confirmed.

Used or Opened Fragrances

Because fragrance is a personal-care product, opened or used items are generally not eligible for return unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, reach out and we'll advise on your specific order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, or if you received a different product than what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll work with you to make it right.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact our team with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm your eligibility and next steps by email.

Refund Processing

Once a return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing time on our end, and how long it then takes to appear on your statement, can vary — a specific timeline will be confirmed and added here.

Original & Return Shipping Costs

Whether original shipping charges and return shipping costs are refundable depends on the reason for the return (for example, a damaged or incorrect item is treated differently than a change of mind). This will be clarified here once finalized.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We can only cancel orders that haven't already been processed for shipment.
